Terms
Terms of Use
Effective date: November 3, 2026
Welcome to Tiny Tots of NJ (www.tinytotsofnj.com), a free website run by the people behind Tiny Tots of NJ ("we", "us"). It lists story times, sing-alongs and play groups for babies and toddlers at New Jersey public libraries. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What the site is
The site gathers event listings from the public calendar of the Bergen County Cooperative Library System (BCCLS) and its member libraries and shows them in one place. It is free to use and needs no account.
Event details can change
We refresh listings about every 15 minutes, but libraries can change, fill or cancel events at any time, and our copy may be out of date or wrong. Always confirm the date, time, location, age group and registration rules with the library before you go. We are not responsible for an event that is cancelled, moved, full or different from what the site shows.
Not affiliated with any library
Tiny Tots of NJ is an independent site. It is not run, sponsored or endorsed by BCCLS or any library. Library names are used only to tell you where events take place. Registration links take you to the library's own website, where the library's terms and policies apply.
Attending events
Events are run by the libraries, not by us. You are responsible for deciding whether an event suits your child and for supervising your child at all times.
Using the site fairly
Please use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Don't:
- send spam, harassment or harmful content through the contact form
- try to break, overload or get around the site's security
- copy the site's design, logo or text and present it as your own
- use automated tools to pull data from the site in bulk; please get event data from the libraries directly
Links to other websites
The site links to library websites, maps, social media and other sites we don't control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.
Who owns what
The Tiny Tots of NJ name, logo, design and original text belong to us. Event information belongs to the libraries that publish it. Map data comes from OpenStreetMap contributors.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it accurate and running, but we don't promise it will be error-free, complete or always available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or harm that comes from using the site or relying on its listings, including a missed, cancelled or changed event. If the law does not allow this limit in full, our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law permits.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
